A Facility certified by the State Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and licensed by CCLD as a group home that provides 24-hours non-medical care to individuals with developmental disabilities who requires enhanced behavioral supports, staffing, and supervision in a homelike

Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) are conditions that affect a person’s intellectual and adaptive functioning. Individuals with IDD often require specialized support to live independently and participate in their communities. Housing is a critical need for people with IDD, and supportive housing programs can help individuals with IDD to live independently and reach their full potential. This proposal outlines a plan for an IDD housing program that will provide safe and affordable housing for individuals with IDD.
